Small Abstract:
Hello everyone! Glad to be here and be able to work together.
I started in the field of youth work in year 2000 as a volunteer in the Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia, involved in regional and European projects. In 2005 became a member of a pool of trainers of the European Youth Forum, and in 2007 a member of the trainers pool of the Council of Europe. This made it possible not only to get acquainted with the great professionals, but also more deeply acquainted with the European school of non-formal education, European institutions, their principles and values work. Most importantly this gave the opportunity to work on the educational activities of different formats and thematic areas (large-scale youth forums, seminars, training sessions with European youth networks and umbrella organizations, conferences, training courses, expert meetings, evaluation seminars, consultative meetings, etc). Areas of expertise include intercultural learning and dialogue, and leadership and management, gender, education, human rights and development, organizational management, youth work, youth policy and participation, etc.
As of today, I am a member of the Armenian National pool of trainers who are actively involved in the development of non-formal education, coaching and community youth sector in the country.
My personal interests include youth policy apart from contemporary art, Classic music, politics, traveling.
